Our Clinical Leadership programmes have proved to be invaluable to delegates from all healthcare professions, and are delivered for both regional and site specific teams.
Management Skills training for multidisciplinary teams is delivered as a programme or in focussed stand alone sessions. Skills for supervisors and heads of department often include troubleshooting skills and strategies, and conflict management techniques.
